Elitech STC-1000HX Temperature Controller Thermostat, Upgrade STC-1000, Automatic Switch Cooling and Heating, ℃/℉, With NTC Temperature Probe Sensor

Had one of these units controlling the temperature of a boiler. All worked well however, for some unknown reason after about three months the setting seem to have been lost and I got a message ER between readings. This appears to be something to do with memorising. The settings unit returned for exchange other than that everything seems to be fine. This could happen with any device. The sensor is fine, however, I wish it was a little bit more industrial for my application.

Happy with the product, very good value, but the instructions and labelling on the product are incorrect, they show terminals 5 & 6 as Live and neutral outputs and 7 & 8 as live and neutral outputs, we wired it as this put it did not work. we searched the product online and found older instructions showing 5 & 7 as live inputs and the 6 & 8 terminals as out going lives to the fan or heater, all the neutrals should be common.

Early tests seem to suggest that this product will do the Job I envisioned. Temperature display responds quickly to freezer spray on the sensor and the relay clicks, so should be okay once installed.
Good value for money.
