I did contact the support team with clear screenshots explaining my problem.

Support wanted a video clip. Whaaaat???
If you know your product you don't need a video nor to make your client to make such!
I have found the way to make the setting. Unlike in the instruction the time isn't synchronized
by a reset. It has to be done manually in the software. But you need to know were to find it!

Tricky. Poor documentation and poor software language translation!
Support reaction time could be better!
