RC-5 USB temperature data logger is mainly used for temperature recording during storage and ocean/air/highway transportation of foodstuff, medicine, chemicals and other products, especially widely used in all kinds of warehousing, logistics and cold chain, such as refrigerated containers, refrigerated trucks refrigerated package, cold storage, laboratory, etc. or in large-sized global supply chain businesses.

USB Plug and Play
The simple USB interface allows you to measure conditions and instantly transfer them onto your PC, so you can create reports and share information faster.

Instructions:

Long press key of switch more than 4 seconds, after the interface display appear triangle mark, it indicates that the instrument has already started to record.

Accurate and Stable Monitoring
1. Temperature measuring range: -30 °C ~ 70 °C; Resolution: 0.1 °C

2. Accuracy: ±0.5 °C(-20 ℃~+40 ℃); others, +1 ℃

3.Temperature unit: ℃ or ℉ optional

4. Record interval can be set on software

5. Waterproof: IP6

How to Install the Battery
1. Use a proper tool(such as a coin) to loosen the battery cover.

2. Install the battery with “+” side upward and keep it under the metal connector.

3. Put the cover back and tighten the cover.

Battery life: in normal temperature, if the record interval sets as 15 minutes, it could be used above one year.

Note: Do not remove the battery when the logger is running. Please change it when necessary.

Very useful

The two temperature and humidity data loggers arrived promptly.
While the instructions were not altogether clear (syncing time and date was mentioned, but not how to do it) they do exactly what I want them to and downloading the data is very easy.

I really like him.

I have been using this type for many years. Outdoors in winter. The previous copy is already worn out, the part of the push button is torn, and the rubber seals are already ruined, and it is also a little rusty here and there. Thus, the part of the push button is repaired with insulating tape, and the entire device is covered with foil to prevent further wetting. Of course it works too. :) I bought a new one just to be safe, so that I have a constantly working copy, because I use it regularly. The attached picture was taken on a cold morning in January 2017 of the older device. Of course, it doesn't look so nice since then, but it still works.

Good value

Using to monitor temperature of church hall to help with heating control. Some instructions slightly confusing and web address for software seemed out of date, but able to find everything I needed reasonably quickly. Device plugs directly into USB port on PC so no cable necessary. Software worked well on my 10 year old laptop. Easy to use and to download readings to Excel for further analysis if required.
